About Venminder
Venminder provides a platform for third-party risk management and due diligence. It sells to companies that need to oversee vendors across the whole relationship, from onboarding through to offboarding. The platform is used by more than 1,200 customers worldwide. The platform brings together lifecycle management, questionnaires, contract management and risk assessments in one place. Venminder also offers outsourced vendor control assessments, where its experts review vendors and give risk ratings. Ven-monitor is a risk intelligence tool that screens third parties in real time across several risk domains without needing supplier involvement. Venminder is part of Ncontracts, which acquired it in September 2024 with backing from Hg Capital. The company publishes resources and runs a community for people working in third-party risk. Its content often covers financial services, including broker-dealers and financial institutions.
