What we collect

Only what you send us through the claim and correction forms. That is your name, work email, role and message, and the company the form is about. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics that identify you.

Why

To check that you work for the company before changing its profile, and to reply to you. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

How long we keep it

Up to twelve months after we have dealt with your request, then we delete it. Our database provider stores it for us under contract. Each request is also emailed to the editor through our email delivery provider, and we delete those emails on the same schedule.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Send the request through the correction form on any profile and say it is a privacy request.
