About Valimail
Valimail sells a platform for managing DMARC, the email authentication standard that stops domain spoofing and impersonation. Its customers are organisations that send email at scale, from small businesses to mid-market firms and large enterprises, plus government bodies such as the City of Napa. The company says more than 30,000 organisations use its technology and that over 450,000 domains are secured through it and DigiCert. The platform works by finding the services that send mail for a domain, configuring SPF and DKIM records, watching authentication results, and then moving the domain to a DMARC enforcement policy. Valimail says its patented SPF technology gets around the ten-domain lookup limit, and that its library holds more than 70 million decoded IP addresses. It also offers a free tier for visibility and an add-on for putting a brand logo in the inbox through BIMI.
Products
- MonitorA free tier that gives unlimited visibility of a domain's sending services and shows where SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks pass or fail.
- EnforceA paid platform that automates email authentication, applies policy decisions and provides real-time reporting so a domain can reach continuous DMARC enforcement.
- AmplifyAn add-on for Enforce customers that automates BIMI so a brand logo appears in the inbox, including help with acquiring a Verified Mark Certificate or Common Mark Certificate.
- Instant SPFA patented feature that overrides the SPF lookup limit and hides the records from outside view.
