Immersive Labs sells a platform called Immersive One that helps organisations show how ready they are for cyber threats. It tests people, teams, AI agents and AI-assisted workflows under realistic pressure. The company says it serves over 30% of the Fortune 100 and was ranked first in the Forrester Wave 2026 for cybersecurity skills and training platforms. It sells mainly to large enterprises and public sector bodies. The platform works as a continuous loop of proving, improving, benchmarking and reporting. Customers run hands-on labs, cyber drills, crisis simulations and agent validation exercises. The results are scored against peers, history and frameworks such as MITRE and NIST. Immersive Labs argues that completion records and annual tabletop exercises do not provide evidence of real capability. Its system generates evidence from the same environment that ran the test, which can be shown to boards, auditors and regulators.
