About Diopter AI
Diopter AI sells software that watches live video and voice calls for signs of AI-driven social engineering. It is aimed at enterprise security and fraud teams, private equity funds, and large organisations. The product scores each participant and the whole conversation as it happens, then sends alerts to the security team. The system checks four areas. It looks for synthetic or altered video and cloned audio. It confirms who is on the call and validates payment details. It also compares what the caller asks for against the company's own approval rules. A single verdict with evidence goes to the console or into existing tools such as a SIEM or ticketing system. Diopter runs as a meeting bot or a desktop app, and can sit inline at the carrier. It works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and VoIP services. Rollout is through mobile device management. Detection runs on the endpoint by default, so only verdicts and scores leave the device.
