About Dashlane

Dashlane sells a credential security platform called Omnix to enterprises. It also offers password management for businesses. The platform gives each employee an encrypted vault for logins, passkeys and shared items, while admins get a central console to watch and enforce security policies. It is aimed at large organisations and regulated sectors such as financial services. What makes Dashlane different, according to its own material, is that it looks at every employee login in the browser, not only those kept in a vault. It detects weak or compromised passwords and flags phishing sites before a worker types in credentials. Alerts go to the employee at the point of use, and signals can be sent to other tools for remediation. Dashlane says its AI reviews each webpage and its attributes rather than relying on static lists. Dashlane states that its zero-knowledge architecture protects data at rest, in transit and in use, and that it uses confidential computing so data stays invisible even to Dashlane. It reports that 25,000 companies use its products.
