About wolfSSL
wolfSSL develops embedded security software, chiefly a small TLS/SSL library written in C for devices with limited resources. It also offers a cryptography engine, secure boot, SSH, MQTT, TPM and intrusion detection tools. Most products carry a dual licence, GPLv3 for open source users and a commercial option for businesses. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Bozeman, Seattle and Portland. Its software is used in automotive, aviation, cloud, connected home, gaming, government, military, mobile, router and smart grid settings. More than five billion applications and devices are said to be secured with its products. The firm also provides consulting, training and support, including help with FIPS validation and porting to new platforms.
