About StingBox
StingBox sells a network honeypot and intrusion alarm. It is a low interaction honeypot that appears as an unsecured server. When scanned or probed, it alerts the user and their security team to the breach and the source IP. The HackerCam feature records keystrokes and sends a video alert. Alerts can be sent by email, voice or text, and are managed from a cloud dashboard. The device is pre-configured and setup takes under five minutes. It also scans the wide area network for open ports and alerts on new external open ports. StingBox Virtual provides the same features for cloud, virtual machine or container environments. The company sells to small and medium businesses, managed service providers, managed security service providers, and community and regional banks. It also serves work-from-home employees. For MSPs, StingBox offers white-label branding and volume discounts. The product is designed to be affordable and simple to deploy without specialist threat intelligence staff.
