About Stamus Networks
Stamus Networks provides network detection and response systems for enterprise security teams. Its main product, Clear NDR, is an open and transparent NDR system that combines intrusion detection, network security monitoring, and anomaly detection. It is sold to organisations such as financial institutions, hospitals, critical infrastructure, central banks, government CERTs, managed service providers, and educational institutions. Clear NDR works by using probes that inspect network traffic with deep packet inspection and send data to a central server. The central server adds machine learning and algorithmic threat detection, manages probes, and provides a threat hunting interface. The system uses multiple detection methods, including AI, machine learning, signatures, and heuristics, to produce high-confidence declarations of compromise and policy violations. It can be deployed in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments, and optionally in an air-gapped setup.
