PathSolutions sells TotalView, a network operations intelligence platform. It is used by network engineers, IT managers and directors, CISOs and security analysts, and telecom managers. The platform covers network performance, security awareness, VoIP and UC performance, cloud and SD-WAN monitoring, and remote user troubleshooting. It also provides network diagram tools, a NetFlow analyzer, and packet loss testing. TotalView collects and analyses data from every network device and interface, including 19 error counters, configuration, performance, and QoS details. Its Network Prescription engine turns that data into plain-English answers about what is broken and how to fix it. TotalView AI runs entirely on-premises, so data stays inside the customer environment. It correlates complete telemetry, including SNMP and flow data, to find the true source of problems and cut mean time to resolution. The company was founded in 1998 as NetLatency and rebranded as PathSolutions in 2007. It says its solutions install in under twelve minutes and that customers find and fix more issues in the first days than in the previous year.
