About Notice Labs
Notice Labs sells trust center software to software companies that face customer security reviews. The product publishes a company's security controls, documents, subprocessors, vulnerability disclosure and privacy request forms on one page at the customer's own domain. It is aimed at firms that need to answer questionnaires and procurement checks without building a page from scratch. Pricing starts at £39 a month for the Pro plan, with an Enterprise plan at £349 a month for larger organisations. The trust center has a fixed structure so reviewers know where to find things. Controls come from a library with wording that reviewers recognise, and the company selects the ones it runs. Policies and DPAs can be public, while reports such as penetration test summaries or SOC 2 reports sit behind an access request that the company approves. Subprocessors are listed with their purpose and location. Vulnerability reports and privacy requests arrive as records in the admin. Notice Labs differs from compliance platforms such as Vanta, Drata and Secureframe. Those run an internal compliance programme and connect to cloud, identity and laptop systems. Notice Labs only publishes the public page, so it costs less, takes an afternoon to set up, and works whether or not a compliance programme exists.
