About ISC2
ISC2 is a membership body for people working in information security. It sells professional certifications and the training and study materials that go with them. Its credentials are aimed at individuals at every stage, from newcomers with no work experience through to senior leaders, and at employers who want a way to check a candidate's knowledge and ethical commitment. The certifications are experience based and vendor neutral, tied to real job roles, and holders keep them current through continuing education. The organisation also runs events and a global member community. These include Security Congress, held in person and online, and regional SECURE events in London and Los Angeles, where members can learn and collect continuing education credits. ISC2 is developing a certification for AI security and has invited the community to take part in a pilot exam. It also offers certificates, workshops and courses for building AI security skills.
