About IronWiFi
IronWiFi sells a cloud-based network identity platform for WiFi authentication and access control. Its main product is Cloud RADIUS, a hosted authentication server that replaces on-premise NPS, FreeRADIUS or Cisco ISE. The platform also covers captive portals, WPA-Enterprise, certificates, device trust, IoT authentication and OpenRoaming federation. It is aimed at organisations that run WiFi across many sites, including schools, government bodies, hotels, hospitals, offices, retailers and carriers. The service runs entirely in the cloud across six global regions, so customers do not maintain servers. It works with more than 50 access point brands, including Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Ubiquiti and Ruckus, and connects to identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace and LDAP. Setup is claimed to take under 30 minutes. IronWiFi also offers WiFi ITDR for detecting identity threats and an AI Center for anomaly detection and automated threat response.
