About HYCU
HYCU sells data protection software, chiefly through its HYCU R-Cloud platform. The company describes R-Cloud as a Data Protection as a Service offering that covers on-premises systems, public clouds and SaaS applications. It also markets R-Shield for threat prevention, aiR for querying backup data and a Backup Engine for recovery. HYCU says one platform replaces separate point tools, agents and consoles, which lowers cost and reduces failure points. The platform is agentless and built on deep API integration for each protected source.
