Data & More is a Danish software company founded in 2016. It sells a privacy and security platform that helps organisations find, classify and delete personal data they no longer need. The company says that keeping unnecessary data creates legal and security risks, and that removing it is the best way to reduce exposure. The platform works inside Microsoft 365 and on-premises file shares. It scans email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, using taxonomies, natural language processing, regular expressions, optical character recognition, and face and ID recognition across 28 languages. A data owner then reviews and confirms what should be deleted. Confirmed items are permanently removed, with an audit trail. Data & More also offers data loss prevention for Microsoft 365, a tool for managing data subjects and access requests, and integrations for Microsoft Purview and Copilot. It serves sectors such as aviation, finance, retail, energy, telecom, public sector, education, and non-profit and health. Customers include municipalities, pension funds, banks and retailers.
