About Cylake
Cylake sells a cybersecurity platform that runs entirely on customer premises. It is aimed at organisations that cannot use cloud services, such as governments, banks, and critical infrastructure operators. The platform is delivered as appliances that customers rack and power themselves. It combines hardware, software, and AI in one system. The platform ingests all security data into a single lake without sampling. Every security function works from that same data, covering endpoint, browser, cloud, SaaS, data, OT and IoT, and AI. Detection runs in the ingestion pipeline. Investigations use hot storage for fast answers. AI runs on the customer's own hardware and reads the complete data lake, so sensitive data never leaves the environment. Capacity grows by adding more units, and updates arrive without manual effort. Cylake was founded in 2026 by Nir Zuk, Udi Shamir, and Wilson Xu. It is based in Sunnyvale, California, and backed by investors including Greylock and IQT.
