About CYGNVS
CYGNVS sells a software platform for managing major cyber and AI incidents. It is a Cybersecurity Incident Response Management product, a category the text attributes to Gartner. The platform is aimed at organisations that need to coordinate security, legal, executives, outside counsel and insurers once an incident escalates beyond IT. The company says more than 3,000 organisations in 71 countries use it, with over 50 major incidents run on the platform each week. The platform covers four stages. Teams build or import playbooks, rehearse them in tabletop exercises, run the live response, and file regulatory reports from the incident record. CYGNVS runs out of band, separately from corporate single sign-on, email and infrastructure, so the response keeps working when those systems are compromised. A patented Isolate Mode cuts integrations and switches users to verified backup identities. Role-based access and timestamped logging are used to protect legal privilege and chain of custody. CYGNVS AI is trained on more than 25,000 real incidents, which the company says come through its insurance partners. Premium and Elite subscriptions include personal liability insurance for CISOs, underwritten by AIG.
